What is 8 Stack Challenge?

8 Stack Challenge or 8 Millet Challenge is an activity involving a person stacking 8 things upright to gain awareness on health benefits of 8 different millets available and to promote the enormous health-enhancing scope these grains have and also to shy away the fact that millets are only for birds.

You must have heard about a lot of challenges that go viral on social media every day. But what if we challenge you the fun way to boosting health? It’s the 8Stack challenge folks – a simple yet super health booster challenge! To accept this fun-filled challenge, all you need to do is stack up a minimum of any 8 things within 48 hours. Oh yes! That’s it! But you can’t imagine how exciting it can get!

Tag #8stackchallenge and post it in social media. Tweet about your challenge or post it on your Instagram or Facebook. Once you accept the challenge, you will have to challenge a minimum of three people to perform the activity. If a nominee fails to perform the activity within 48 hours, he/she needs to post names of all the 8 millets in their mother tongue language or post a picture while eating any millet food. How exciting! Isn’t it? Alongside numerous challenges, this stupendous health booster challenge is inclined towards raising awareness on the health benefits Millets, the most precious grains have to offer. The challenge is open to all and we encourage creative fun-filled challenge activities with no scope for any risk.
